At Off Ya Tree, we want you to love your alternative gear, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, though please note that for hygiene reasons, body jewelry and intimates cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within the 30-day return window.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items you wish to return and include your original tax invoice or order confirmation inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Send It Back

  Address your package to our returns warehouse or visit any Off Ya Tree retail location for an instant exchange or credit note.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
